I recently had the pleasure of working with Northlake Garage Doors, particularly with Jesus, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.
After receiving quotes from multiple companies for replacing my garage door, I initially chose another company due to their lower quote. However, upon their on-site evaluation, they claimed the job couldn’t be done without demolishing a wall due to screws being behind it. This didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to consult with Jesus from Northlake Garage Doors.
Jesus provided a free site check and assured me that the job could be done without any demolition. His confidence and professionalism convinced me to give Northlake Garage Doors a chance, and I’m so glad I did. Not only did Jesus install the new door flawlessly without damaging the wall, but he also took the extra step to address other issues, making everything look incredibly professional.
Throughout the process, communication with Jesus was excellent, and his dedication to providing top-notch customer service was evident. I can confidently say that this was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.
From now on, Jesus will be my go-to guy for anything related to my garage. If he offers any other services, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. He’s someone you can trust to deliver exceptional service and value for your money.

JR was great from the beginning.. he was very responsive and down to earth.. not pushy... discussed upfront all the issues and non-issues with the garage door. Didnt upsell anything .. just did his work in about an hour and half. Would Highly recommend him... he is the owner/operator.. and takes all his calls.. not a call center.. one man show and is proud of his work ... everything looks great and tidy.

JR was amazing! He responded same day, made an appointment to come and give us an estimate the next day. He showed up on time, was very personable, professional and very knowledgeable! He knew exactly what was wrong despite our garage doors being over 20 yrs old! He helped us adjust the doors for winter and also advised on the best way to update at the most affordable price and left us to decide next steps! No pressure at all and best of all, the existing garage doors were back to working at a VERY reasonable price before he left! Excellent resource!

As a homeowner for over 20 years, Mr. Reyes is absolutely the best contractor I have ever dealt with. He is very punctual, very honest, and looks to do what is in your best interest.
