Mr. De La Vega is the professional contractor everyone hopes for when retaining a contractor to do renovations in one's home. This is the second time I had to have Victor repair severe cracks on my walls. In addition I asked him to remove the popcorn on my ceilings while repairing same. Since this was the second time he came to make repairs, he took it upon himself to research how to eliminate having to repair cracks due to faulty foundation repairs. (Unfortunately I wasn't as blessed with those contractors.)
