Albert was fantastic on the job, we’re understanding and reasonably priced when the job expanded - and the house looks amazing, with all of the jobs completed better than expected. The guy lied in the first place explaining that glass replacement would take almost same amount as window replacement. That is just a complete false statement. While others confirmed glass replacement is pretty easy doesn’t cost as much. Your glass replacement price was three times than a competitor. You basically tricked me to replace whole window. That is extremely poor service.

I agreed to replace window based on his initial explanation. They said window doesn’t have any grid where existing window has grid. Then he mentioned it will be smaller than existing window and not matching to adjacent window. He didn’t explain any of this before and when asked he said it is just common sense. I had to cancel And I lost $515 for window for no service at all.

If they have any self respect then they will refund me.
