Stephan was really great to work with he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing I did not have to tell him what to do but one time and it's really hard to find somebody that actually cares about the customer and there needs I can't do much anymore due to my surgerys but Stephan listened to me and that's all I really wanted was for somebody to understand what I'm going through I would recommend Stephan to anybody that is looking for a very respectable and hard worker like Stephan I will be using him again for sure he installed some heavy equipment for me that I can no longer lift above my head and he did a really good job thank you stephan I really appreciate it

I think my labor fee is fair. Although quality work is what a customer should be aiming for.

Listen to customer needs and make sure that I can do the work right. Present myself with my experience and knowledged and make sure that the customer is please with my service.

20 years as a building inspector / 28 years as a firefighter captain / 5 years as an insurance adjuster / experience in home assurance quality inspection / Builder and multi-renovation tasks.
