- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated we charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an estimate and arrive to have them check off their needs on our List of Services, while we do the estimate and schedule a time to complete the work. We typically only charge hourly and the customer obtains the materials or we charge by the hour to pick them up for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Handyman profession is a constantly learning profession we are always reading and learning new things and there are always new products so we stay abreast by reading manuals and brochures of the new products and keeping educated on any new technologies and product lines in each field.
