What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a turnkey installation company, our model is to design and build your dream lights set up. Then you own your lights year over year and we just charge for your reinstall fee, which is half of the previous year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will submit a request with their address and a little bit of information on. what they want done. We use street view to measure and bid your project accordingly. Most quotes are done virtually.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing this for almost a decade and have a team of well trained specialists that can diagnose and make any dream a reality.
