Our Chef has been in the Food Service Industry since 1982. He worked his way up from fast food to cooking in some of the finest eateries in the DFW area, west Texas, and Hawaii. He has taken knowlege and passion from every establishment. He prides himself in the ability to adapt to every client's needs, and enjoys meeting new people, and sharing what he has learned over the years. Our chef enjoys the people he has come into contact with. He enjoys visiting clients, and seeing eyes light up, when they see their culinary ideas come to life. We, at Affordable Elegnace Dining, want our Hosts to enjoy their parties as well as their Guests.

Had an amazing experience with Brian! Seven ladies celebrating a birthday. A four course dinner that I was able to pick and customize. Brian was very interactive showing us knife skills and giving plenty of tips and recipes. The food was delicious and the experience memorable.

Brian was an amazing culinary professional. I flew in from out of town to have a special date night in Dallas. I connected with him at the day before the event after a previous contractor backed out at the last minute. He quickly surmised the situation and understood what I was trying to accomplish and what I needed. Up until the day of the event, he was responsive by text, email, and telephone, and even accommodated a few last minute requests. One of these was to obtain green roses for the dinner; while he could not locate green roses, he creatively came up with a solution to dye white roses green. They turned out really well and my date was totally impressed. His food offerings were equally as creative, consisting of very distinct appetizers, entrees, and deserts. Each of these were tasteful and used interesting, local ingredients. One of Brian’s greatest attributes was his demeanor. Right from the time of engagement, he was personable, friendly, and understanding of his clients’ needs. His demeanor during the engagement was equally pleasant; he knew when to interject, and when to let my date and I have our own time. He was a great sport during the event, participating in the music selection and providing us many musical insights. Lastly, his rates were very reasonable and lower than other contractors I had contacted. I had never used this site and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was truly satisfied with my experience with Brian.

We loved Brian cooking us a nice date night meal in our house. My wife loved listening to him explain what he was doing and she participated a bit too. It was a great experience.

Where do I begin?!? Brian is beyond fabulous! I had a small elegant birthday party for my dear friend and Brian suggested an intimate menu. It seemed extremely complicated to me, however he pulled it off with grace and beauty. Their were 3 men there who love to cook and Brian welcomed them into the kitchen and showed them some easy tricks for difficult dishes! They were so happy. We women could have cared less as we order reservations! None of us could understand why Brian is not the head chef of his own restaurant?!? If you are looking for someone who will prepare Horseradish Sake Tenderloin for most of your guest and then a beautiful Portbello stuffed mushroom for that one guest who is vegan and display your meal fit for Gordon Ramsey, you have your CHEF! He keeps the cost of the food to minimum while serving food so tender and delicious it literally quivers as your fork comes near. His personality is so precious that he would pop out of the kitchen every now and then with a joke as we were telling jokes like a stand up comedian! Everyone fell in love with him and one of my guests wanted to adopt him --- wife, children and all!! This chef loves his job with a passion and loves doing his job with a passion. If you are not happy, he is not happy. Brian is a chef you cannot afford to pass on----if you do for someone that may be a little less by maybe $100. or so----you will miss the quality, the show, the whole nine yards. Oh! The ultra clean kitchen too!! Love ya, Brian everyone tells you hello and loves you too. God Bless.
