Our Chef has been in the Food Service Industry since 1982. He worked his way up from fast food to cooking in some of the finest eateries in the DFW area, west Texas, and Hawaii. He has taken knowlege and passion from every establishment. He prides himself in the ability to adapt to every client's needs, and enjoys meeting new people, and sharing what he has learned over the years. Our chef enjoys the people he has come into contact with. He enjoys visiting clients, and seeing eyes light up, when they see their culinary ideas come to life. After requesting a very customized order and twice a week personal delivery, I wasn't sure I would be able to find a personal chef without paying an arm and a leg. I was delighted to find Brian, who read my request, gave me a call to clarify, and was able to oblige to my specific needs to the tee without huge expense. His flexibility, communication, artistry, and professionalism was second to none. On top of that he's a very pleasant guy. He's my #1 for any future events or gatherings requiring an independent chef.

Treated hubby to a surprise chef prepared private dining experience right at home for our 1st anniversary. Chef Brian walked into our space and THREW IT DOWN! We started off with a bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer, followed by a spring mix salad with lemon vinaigrette dressing. The main was a red wine soaked braised short rib over a bed of garlic parmesan risotto with a side of bourbon honey glazed carrots. We topped everything off with the best crusted apple tart south of the Mason-Dixon Line!

Brian was AWESOMEEEEE!!!!! He was very punctual and patient with me, since it was my first time working with a private chef. My wife’s birthday dinner was a success because of him!! He also had AMAZINGGGG food that exceeded my expectations! The pictures don’t do justice at all, once you book him then you will totally understand! He is the best!!!
