I had a great experience with Upright roofing and construction. I have never needed to replace a roof before and I had no idea what the process was. Bad storms blew some shingles off and I knew I would need a new roof. I called Ryan from Upright and he scheduled Juan to come out that same day. Juan was great explaining everything I had to do when it came time to file a claim with my insurance. When the adjuster came out for his inspection, Juan came too, so I didnt even have to be there. Juan was there with me every step of the way to explain everything in a way I could understand. I cannot stress how easy it was knowing I was in good hands and could trust Juan with everything. The only thing I had to do was pick out the color. I knew I made the right choice in going with Upright before the work even started. The job was done in a few hours and turned out great. They also did great cleaning everything up. Great work, great experience, great company. No one looks forward to having to do major repairs on their home, but thanks to Upright, I can honestly say it was a nice easy experience. And again, being able to trust Ryan and Juan with everything made it all the better.

Juan did a great job advising us what needed to be done and offered solutions with regards to our skylight. He was punctual, came by to check on progress of roof and followed up after completion.
