- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard process for pricing is simply an hourly rate plus parts. Do not have a service call fee however we do have a loan our minimum to come out on site sometimes with large projects we will bid it out at a flat rate project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we’ve had a opportunity to actually connect, I’ll introduce myself and company. Try to get an idea of what you have going on with your sprinkler system or what you’re looking for discuss how we could help pricing and set up a time for us to come out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold many certificates in irrigation and or related specialties to irrigation. I am a licensed irrigator in the state of Texas, and I am also licensed irrigation contractor in the state of Florida.
