We started our structural engineering consultancy in 2017 and are a couple of engineers with very small overhead and are 100% customer centric. We work with home owners on remodel projects, especially additions to the structure, removing walls, add ons to the existing house etc. We provide unbiased inspections on structural issues/concerns to homeowners who are looking to buy/sell a house, these include foundation inspection and roof framing. We also design structural plans for remodels and new builds for residential and light commercial buildings. We are licensed professional engineers serving Dallas/Fortworth Metroplex and San Antonio.

We worked with Deepak Jinka. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. Saved us from going into foundation choas. We initially worked with a foundation company to get their insight around the cracks we have been seeing inside the house. They directly jumped into a conclusion saying it's a foundation issue and started giving us the quote. We decided to get a second opinion before we commit ourselves to such huge project. Foundation company recommended an engineer to be assure that it is a foundation issue. They came in and did their analysis and said, it's a foundation issue. From the get-go we had a strong feeling that the foundation company and Eng have teamed up and their statements are biased. We were so pissed off with the whole situation. We gave ourselves some time and started our search for a correct contractor via Thumbtack and found Deepka Jinka. He is a structural eng, who went through the whole house and explained the do's and dont's. Details around what needs to be done to fix the cracks and confirmed it is not a foundation issue.
