- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are different from new construction to remodel, open walls attics, distance of the job size of biulding. I have a good system where pricing is always fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to customer get information about the project perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way.
