I provide assembly and installation services, specializing in play sets, pergolas and gazebos. For play sets, I specialize in larger sets that require skill, expertise and a commitment to safety. I specifically assemble sets designed by backyard, kidkraft and gorilla. As an independent installer, I can assemble and anchor them faster, more efficiently and cheaper than the installation companies that they contract with. Lead time is typically 1-2 days from initial contact, whereas the installers through their website are usually 4-6 weeks. My pricing is 20% lower than the posted installation on the company's website so you can look up your specific set and know my fee up front. I also provide sealant and restoration services once the set is assembled so your kids and grandkids can enjoy your playset for many years to come For fences, I have a three step process: cleaning, washing and staining. I use a cleaning solution prior to power washing that helps restore the wood to its original state. I then fully power wash and allow the wood to dry. I then apply Behr premium stain and apply two coats for a better overall look and durability. Most fences can last 6-8 years after being properly prepared and stained. Keep in mind that the posted price on thumbtack is staining labor only. Power washing and cleaning are an additional labor fee depending on the need of the fence to be cleaned and washed. Stain and supplies are also an additional cost. I will provide an estimated amount of stain per project as part of the assessment.
