Our boutique studio offers classical Pilates private training on the various Pilates equipment like the reformer and Cadillac. We also offer Pilates Mat and Vbarre classes. Vbarre is a barre-based class that blends ballet, Pilates, resistance training, and cardio to help trim, tone, and transform your body!
