Introduction: Our boutique studio offers classical Pilates private training on the various Pilates equipment like the reformer and Cadillac. We also offer Pilates Mat and Vbarre classes. Vbarre is a barre-based class that blends ballet, Pilates, resistance training, and cardio to help trim, tone, and transform your body! Pilates Blueprints' mission is to enhance the lives of our clients through healthy movements in a supportive and inspiring environment.
