I had a very poor experience. During a FaceTime call, the manager appeared without a shirt on, which felt highly unprofessional. Additionally, I was questioned about whether I was “only quoting based on price,” which came across as dismissive rather than helpful.
The technician who came out stated he did not have the proper tools to complete a full evaluation. If that was the case, the manager should have been present to properly assess the situation instead of sending someone unprepared.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend based on my interaction.
