FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Most services are flat-rate so you know the cost before work begins. If a project requires additional time or hardware, I always discuss options and pricing in advance. Discounts may be available for seniors, nonprofits, and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few quick questions to understand your issue or goals. Then I schedule a visit or remote session, depending on what’s needed. During the service, I explain what I’m doing in simple terms and offer tips to prevent future problems. Before wrapping up, I make sure everything is working properly and answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional experience in IT with work history from Fortune 500 companies such as Dell and Motorola and continue to stay current with new technology through hands-on work and ongoing self-education. I have a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and I am finishing a Masters. My focus is on practical, real-world problem solving rather than just theory.
