- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Offer clear pricing before the Job. We are not one of those guys who pick junk in the bed of their truck or small trailer and underbid everyone then up charge you once at your place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers, we are very friendly and accommodating to customer's needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started off with Dumpster Rentals, and one day a customer asked if we could help them remove some Junk as they have had back surgery and would have to hire someone. We started realizing how many people are physically unable to do whats necessary without further taking the chance of injury. Then of course there are those who don't have time and would rather a professional do the job! ;-)
