- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and very reasonable for the service and quality of products received. There are monthly promotions and discounts available. Because my service is internet-based, I do not work conventional hours which means I am available to my clients day or night, morning or evening. This is most beneficial for working with clients that may work late or on weekends. I rarely take a day off!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with clients is hands on. I provide a free consultation in which I speak with the client and learn the exact wishes of the client. I then ensure I am able to complete the task according to the clients' specifications. After both parties agree on respective expectations, a written agreement/contract describing the services to be rendered is signed by both the client and myself. I remain available to answer questions and provide updates regarding progress until the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always loved helping my mother with family gatherings, dinner parties, baby and bridal showers, graduation parties, any type of celebration. As a child, I was her go-to person for getting things just right, from the food to the décor, table-settings and attire. As an administrator, I worked as a special events coordinator for many years planning cultural trainings, corporate and parent trainings, banquets and much more!
