Carlos was very professional & thorough in taking a look at the existing system. He explained what he was going to do & then shared his findings. I appreciated the way he presented options to me for resolving the problem. He shared benefits to becoming a member so I can have peace of mind for winter months. My technician Ed was at my house on time as he promised with his crew to install a new sprinklersystem. He is trustworthy as I was at work all day, and then when I got home Ed thoroughly explained how my new system works. Ed and his crew did an amazing job putting my yard back together as well! Our tech that came out was super friendly, very nice and personable. He was extremely thorough and checked everything that needed to be checked before he left. We thought we had a major leak and he reassured us that we didnt and showed us why we didnt have one. We had a great conversation while he was working on our system and he was just an all-around great guy.
