- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe quality digital marketing should be affordable for small businesses. My pricing is transparent with no hidden fees or surprise charges. I don’t believe in selling services you don’t need or locking clients into long-term contracts. Every proposal is customized based on your goals and budget, so you know exactly what you’re paying for and the value you’re receiving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. I take time to understand your business, goals, customers, and budget before recommending anything. From there, I perform a website and SEO audit, identify the biggest opportunities, and build a customized plan. Throughout the project, you’ll receive clear communication, easy-to-understand reports, and direct access to me. My goal is long-term business growth, not unnecessary upsells.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) and a Master’s degree from the University of Memphis. I also maintain professional training in digital marketing, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce, HubSpot SEO, and HubSpot Content Marketing. Combined with years of hands-on experience building websites, improving search rankings, optimizing Google Business Profiles, and growing e-commerce businesses, I focus on practical strategies that help small businesses generate more revenue, not just more traffic.
