FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each 60-minute session is $70. I offer discounted rates for clients who book multiple sessions in advance or commit to a monthly training plan. There are no hidden fees—just straightforward, high-quality personal training tailored to your goals. I also offer a free virtual consultation to help you get started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free virtual consultation to learn about your goals, fitness level, and any limitations or past injuries. From there, I design a personalized training plan that fits your schedule, lifestyle, and goals. Each session is focused on proper technique, progressive improvement, and long-term results. I also offer ongoing support between sessions to keep you motivated and on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Fitness Studies and a Master’s degree in Health Science with a focus on Health Promotion. I’m also certified through ACSM and NASM as a personal trainer and exercise physiologist. With over 12 years of experience training clients and athletes, I’ve developed a deep understanding of exercise programming, injury prevention, and sustainable results.
