Wow! This was my first time using Thumbtack and it will not be my last. I needed help with a leak in my roof. Carlos called and came less than 30 mins. and assess my roof repair. Gave me an estimate and it was repaired within the hour. The professionalism and work done by his crew was impressive.

Ricky showed up and listened to the details of the roof problems. He got on the roof and gave me a summary of the condition of the roof along with ways to extend the life of the roof. After discussing, I agreed to repairs and the work was completed in a few hours with photos of work. The guys did a great job at a fair price. They were honest and professional.

We truly thank White Star Roofing, for their promptness, effective communication, alertness, responsiveness and quality Roofing repair. Our damages were due to a neighbors tree, and even in our uncertainty Carlos was patient, and professional. Crew came to work, fixed the problems, cleaned up their job materials which is truly a plus, and was very efficient. We will continue to do business with White Star, and refer to others.

We have lot of hands on experience. Texas department of Insurance code shingle installers, (TDI) WINDSTORM WPI-8 high wind installation method , up to 110-130 mph wind resistance, we use on all of our jobs.
