Carlos kept me informed of his eta's, and did the repairs on my roof pretty quickly. Even cleaned some of my gutters which i didn't ask him to do. It rained recently and there were no more leaks! Two other companies bailed on fixing my old crap before contracting Carlos, didn't even bother to come out and give estimates. Thanks man 🙏

Carlos showed up quickly & evaluated my roof. He examined my roof and explained the issues. The problem was caused by wood warping due to subsidence which will have to be addressed first. I was unable to hire him right away (because of slab). I have dealt with Many contractors & roofers. He is the First one that took the time to show me what the problem was , why gutters are urgent on my shallow roof vs just climbing up and charging me for a job that would not Work very long.

Carlos has done a tremendous job. He came out the same day, gave me an evaluation of the leak, but we need to isolate it so he can repair it right. For that we need to identify were the water is coming from. He quoted us a GREAT price, But the leak needs to be identified so it can be repaired. Working with him is just what we needed.

We have lot of hands on experience. Texas department of Insurance code shingle installers, (TDI) WINDSTORM WPI-8 high wind installation method , up to 110-130 mph wind resistance, we use on all of our jobs.
