Paul and Kenny kept me apprised of their arrival time. They were informative and polite and helped me to file the insurance claim. They worked fast and efficiently. Could not be happier.

Miguel and Steve were great and the communication from Laura at the front desk was amazing as well. I shopped around a few places local to me and they were much more expensive, so i appreciated that JRD could come to my house almost 40 mins away for no additional charge.Just a note, I would set aside a couple hours as the arrival time is a window not a set appt!
JRD Windshield Repair & Replacement's reply
Thank you Caramia! Miguel, Steve and Laura will all be happy to hear this. Glad we could save you some money and the drive out. That's fair feedback on the arrival window too, mobile routes run in time windows but we always call when we're headed your way. Thanks for choosing JRD!

Paul and Steve replaced my wifes car windshield with perfection. They also recalibrated the car windshield settings. They were courteous and exemplary with their work. They also told me not to drive the car for 24 hours so the windshield can stayed sealed and not to wash it for three days.
JRD Windshield Repair & Replacement's reply
Thank you RJ! Paul and Steve take a lot of pride in doing it right, recalibration and all. Following those cure times keeps the seal perfect, so thanks for taking care of it. We appreciate you trusting us with your wife's car!
