FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job — ADAS calibration, diagnostics, brakes, starters, alternators, or suspension — gets a written estimate before I touch anything, so there are no surprise bills. Parts are OEM-grade with a 12-month warranty. Diagnostic and pre/post-collision scans are insurance billable, and ADAS calibrations come with an insurance-ready certificate linked to your VIN. Pickup and delivery is free within 20 miles of Round Rock. Fleet and body shop accounts get locked volume rates and standing appointment blocks instead of per-job price negotiations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pick up your vehicle, fix it in a proper shop on a full lift with professional equipment, and bring it back to you — you don't go anywhere. For ADAS calibration, that means static and dynamic calibration to OEM spec after a windshield replacement, bumper repair, or hood work. For a warning light or rough-running vehicle, I scan every module, tell you exactly what's wrong, and send a written report before any work starts — no dealer appointment, no guessing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work covers ADAS calibration, diagnostic scanning, brakes, starters, alternators, suspension, and steering across standard vehicles, HD trucks, and European makes. I'm proudly partnered with an Army veteran, and every calibration and diagnostic job leaves you with insurance-ready documentation.
