TL;DR: Service didn't work, but they gave me a full refund no questions asked.
A couple of weeks ago I trapped a raccoon that had been living in my attic. BUGCO charged a modest fee to pick up the animal and release it 10 miles away from my home.
All was well until I heard the same animal in the same place in my attic. How did I know it was the same animal? I put out the same trap and it ate all of the food EXCEPT the food that would trigger the trap.
After this, I had a handyman seal the opening in with roof flashing at night, preventing the raccoon from coming in again. I then contacted BUGCO and asked if I would be eligble for a refund. They were very kind and issued it immediately.

I don’t ever really leave reviews but felt compelled to after my experience with Bugco. Finally a company that not only does what they but goes above and beyond. They were actually on time and their customer service was top notch. Such a great feeling now days to feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this company. All the stars
