- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Month 1: During our 60-minute discovery call, we gain a better understanding of your brand and objectives. This valuable information is then utilized to develop our strategy and ensure the creation of a consistent and comprehensive content experience, both internally and externally. Month 2: At this stage, we put our strategy into action. Throughout the process, we schedule monthly 60-minute insights call to review metrics, data, and strategy. We prioritize clear communication to keep you informed without overwhelming you with extra work. Month 3-6: This is the point where we have the chance to determine our next steps. We may opt to proceed with the strategy we've developed, or pivot towards a 3-month training program. While our work together may not always be indefinite, I'm happy to assist you in onboarding and training any in-house personnel that you may choose to bring aboard.
