What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system depending in the info I've been given. But, I also have a flat labor rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to meet my customers weather in person or over the phone, which ever is convenient for them. I like to fully understand what the customer wants done so I can honor my "the customer will be 100% satisfied when the job is finished" moto.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-High School Deploma -4 yes graduate at IEC (Independent Electrical Contractors)
