Not very happy with the business end of my service. Post on fb says 25.00 a room. When they get to your home the guy started saying 50.00 a room because it was over 200 sq ft but nowhere did this state on any of the ads. And furniture took up most of the carpet space anyways. Then was quoted a ridiculous high amount for pet treatment which I didn't even get from the first guy that came out but he said I did. He wanted almost 400.00 for cleaning but settled for 250.00 then told me to write him a personal check payable to him which didn't even work for the company as a full time employee but as a helper and he told me the credit card machine was down which the owner admitted it wasn't and the guy lied. then I was told by the owner to put a stop Payment on the check and pay him instead because he came back out to redo my carpet because the first guy put some kind of pink stuff on my carpet and it left it very hard. Even though I stated up front I do not want any soap or detergent of any kind used because of my allergies. So after paying 250.00 for what should have been 125.00 I had to pay 36.00 for stop payment and then it was a hassle with his bank over the check. He offered to come clean a couch for me but when I needed him to come he ignored me. I truly feel this was a bait and switch thing. I even told him he should put 25.00 up to 200 sq ft and he did then stopped posting that. It's false advertising. And they say they get it cleaned or it's free and he told me that some of the spots were gone but they came back but I didn't even bother contacting him because he would have just made excuses. I already had 3 people who wanted to use him but not with this type of service.

I tried to call and text you about the sofa and we have a 30day warranty with all of our work and for the tech that came out there he stolen that job thats why I ask you to stop payment and I told you I will give a refund for that fee you said no thats ok so im trying to help but you done reply
