Gregos at the Mansion catered our outdoor BBQ for our HOA event in Frisco and did a truly fantastic job! Greg was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He was responsive, had excellent follow-up and quickly provided any information as requested. I looked into several caterers and Gregos was the most accommodating, providing the most food, higher quality food and more services (including set up/clean up, travel, plates, cups, cutlery and water & tea) for the best price. He was willing to work within our HOA budget and helped to accommodate a menu to feed about 300 people from age 0 to 90! He also was able to work with limited means for our outdoor function and provided us with a great tasting (he brought the food to us and brought plenty of it and let us try it on our own while he surveyed the area for the event and drew us up a site plan for the event). We give Gregos at the Mansion our highest recommendation and look forward to using them at our next event as well!

I needed catering for 50 people. Greg worked with my budget. The food was outstanding. My guests loved the tender brisket and moist chicken. The potato salad and slaw were excellent also. Very satisfied!

Greg came over to do a sampling for my company, and had served huge portions that were enough for leftovers the next day, when the second caterer we were checking out stood us up (for the second time). The food was DELICIOUS (everyone is still talking about it) and Greg is the nicest man you could ever meet. He also cleaned up the kitchen before he left! His prices are reasonable, so much so that employees said that if the company won't pay for the lunch at least once a week, they will pay for it themselves. Hope to do business with you soon, Greg, you left a great impression here!

We hired Greg to provide catering for our Regional Holiday Party! He went up and beyond our expectations and every one of our 55 attendees LOVED his food. One of our team members "embarressingly" admitted that he went back for 5 total plates. Greg is very professional and thinks of everything to make your event special! What types of customers have you worked with?
I do Weddings, Pool side BBQs,Corperate events. I do a Brunch every month for a 100 guest,I do outdoor fish fries and Crawfish boils, Family reunions and graduation parties. I specialize in buffet type catering.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to make sure that you provide all the details in your request for service. Ask for referals and testimonials. Ask for food samples and make sure the samples are going to be the same as they would be at your event.
