- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies with square footage,jobsite conditions etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer ,I prefer to schedule a on-site meeting.This enables the customer to provide me with a visual description of what he/she is looking to get done .Also, having a visual of the area gives me better acces to accurate measurements for pricing and gives the customer a chance to make sure all of their questions are answered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Concrete construction experience. Doing all types of concrete work. Heavy equipment experience over 10 years. Project managing experience and concrete estimating .
