Josh was great! He diagnosed the problem within minutes and then walked me through the repair process. He fixed it on the spot, double checked everything to make sure it was working properly. It was getting late and I know he had a long drive home, but he was in no rush. He wanted to make sure we were good to go!

Josh explained the issue really well and worked very hard to get a replacement from Home Depot. He was very eager to fix the issue quickly. We are really happy with the service wicker plumbing provided us.

Huge shoutout to Shawn and Vincent! They came out to replace the washer on my outdoor faucet and were super professional and friendly.
