Very responsive - got scheduled to come solve the problem within minutes or making a request. Showed up on time and communicated great before and during the process. He even offered to fix a few other items while he was here. A+

Glen was a pleasure to work with. He was here to fix a faulty recessed light in our pantry. Very professional and reasonably priced services. We will definitely use Glen again!

Glen performed an installation of a Ring Bell. He was communicative both prior to the start of the job and during the job.
Certified and courteous professional who reviewed the device with me to ensure I did not have any questions. Great experience.

We had an appointment window from 8-10 this morning. The company never showed up or sent any communication that they would be late or give a status. I sent two messages in the thumbtack app asking for status and never got a response. I also called and left a message. I ended up calling Lowe’s and canceling the appointment.
