Jose is very likable; one wants to feel like you can easily talk to someone when dealing with most peoples most valuable physical possession, the home. He's a nice guy and is easy to tell I like this or I don't like that.....He is knowledgeable, very much so on how to do any area off plumbing, electrical or anything you need around the home.
