Charlie was recommended to me by an employee of mine he quoted me 450. The poor guy quoted me 600 because I needed the fence to be put back up after I had a pull installed. The pool. People are not responsible to put up the fence after you get your pool installed.

I was contacted by 3 companies when I sent in a request to have my fence gate repaired and also requested a specific time frame based on information received from HOA. Charlie responded within an hour plus came to examine my gate. He said that the company would get the gate fixed before the HOA deadline (10 days) plus provided me with information of what the work would entail. He and another gentleman were here on the date promised and worked in this horrid heat we have been having. My fence is in the best condition it has ever been, even when initially installed. In addition the final price for this repair was certainly within my budget. will use this company for all my fence repairs and highly recommend M.C.H. Improvements to others.

I hired Charlie, MCH Improvements after talking with him about the job I needed done. He seemed honest, sincere and would do a good job. First impressions are not always correct unfortunately.
I wanted two trees taken down. There was debris to be hauled away and a section of fence to be moved. The big part of the job was building an electric gate which I needed as soon as possible. I’d just purchased to house. I have a service dog and wanted the back yard secure for her. I also park in the back yard. I wanted to be able open the gate as I was pulling up.
He started out strong, they got the trees down, the debris hauled off and the piece of fence moved quickly.
Then he would disappear for a week or two at a time. Finally it was done. I should have inspected it better. I was just so happy to have it done and working I listened to his explaining how it worked and that was it.
There is a section of fence he didn’t attach to a post. When the wind it high I bangs. I’ve propped a board against it, a tree and the ground. I sent a Charlie an email about it months ago but no response about it.
The pickets in the gate itself started lifting off. I heard a popping sound when I opened the gate to walk Chloe I turn and saw the picket sticking out. It caught on the post. Now I’m screwing them all down.
The gate doesn’t open up all the way either. The track is in two parts. The second part is raised so the gate stops. That’s been happening for months also. I figure if Charlie wouldn’t put a bracket on a piece of fence he wouldn’t stand good for the track of the gate either. I’d hoped to bring my rv over. I wouldn’t be able to get it in the gate.
The grinding of the big tree stump was bad. If I take down another tree I’ll have to ask for that to be ground down more. I didn’t notice because of all for wood chips.
It’s disappointing to spend so much $$$$ on a job and not have the person stand behind their work.
