Cody and Chumley Construction worked with us to repair a construction defect that we were beginning to think was unrepairable. (After having it “fixed” twice.) once by the builder, and then again by a different contractor. We had a leak in our house and were not sure where it was coming from. Cody always came ready to work, was kind, and on time. We were grateful for his expertise and obvious experience. Cody sometimes brought up a coworker named Joey, who was also pleasant. After our wall was fixed, we felt we could breathe easy and are completely confident in Cody’s work. No more leaks!Chumley Construction may not be the least expensive, but sometimes it really is true that you get what you pay for, and after having another contractor do everything completely wrong, we remember the quote …a poor man pays twice. Never again will we settle for less expensive on something so important.

Cody did a amazing job we had cracks in the mortar and the bricks and Cody did amazing job in blending and the new bricks and the mortar work. She so you’re not aware that any work has been completed. He also took care of making sure that he found bricks that match the current bricks which is not always so easy due to the home being built in 1998. We also had a few corner pops that needed repair. All looks amazing.

Was a great experience around! Cody was able to do take the vision in my head and make it a reality. We needed our back steps completely replaced and then added a small porch/ landing along with new steps. We are so happy with the finish product and the pricing was within our budget and was worth the quality.
