Working with Cody at Chumley has been an absolute breath of fresh air. He is prompt, professional, does excellent work, and is very solutions-oriented at a reasonable price. He's skilled at coming up with the best way to tackle a job without blowing your budget. Owning an almost 70-year old home that we've spent a lot of time fully updating (and repairing), I can't count the number of contractors I've had to deal with whose work has to be redone (more than once), who've caused new damage they that then has to be re-epaired, have disrespected my home, and who take no responsibility for their mistakes or poor workmanship - or total disregard for aesthetics. As a woman, and the person directing most of the work on my house, I deal with a LOT of disrespect from (or just get totally ignored by) many/most of the contractors we've dealt with. Cody is fantastic to work with, friendly, respectful, and detailed oriented. A+

Attic Assessment: I made an appt for Mr Joe, from Chumley Foundation and Structural Repair, to inspect my house to determine possibility of turning unused rafter space into usable space, and the feasibility of any suggestions.1. Mr Joe was on time, polite, and attentive.2. He asked detailed questions to find out our main goal, and possible backup goals, in case our original goal was unattainable due to regulations or cost.3. Mr Joe examined both the outside, the inside, and the attic space of my home, explaining all aspects of my homes construction and history, as he went, so I would be able to understand why there may be some obstacles, or alternative avenues to reach our goals.4. He took his time, was hopeful for and supportive of our familys needs, verse impatient and dismissive as the last contractor we called out to review the situation was.5. Mr Joe was willing to offer alternate suggestions, that may not involve his company, but would assist us being able to utilize more storage space.Summary: Mr Joe at Chumleys was prompt, polite, an attentive listen, client-goal focused, sensitive to client budgetary and time considerations, helpful, informative, and thorough. 5/5 will be using, and would use again.
