About
My name is Chad Cannon and I am the owner and head trainer at Superior Nutrition and Fitness. I have been involved with Sports and fitness my entire life. I started with flag football when I was 4 along with BMX racing. I continued with football up through high school along with participating in power lifting and track and field. I unfortunately encountered an injury during our offseason weight lifting program. That injury ended my football career along with making it nearly impossible to workout without extreme pain. A few years down the road I had gained a lot of weight, lost my muscle, and had little energy. I decided then to make a change. I was 18 and I knew a good amount about lifting weights but I had never experienced the dieting side of fitness. Needless to say it took me a few years of reading constantly and trying multiple different methods before I was able to hone in on what works for me. Throughout that journey I rekindled a love for fitness that I had forgotten about. I had done some training throughout the years for power lifters but it wasn't until I turned 22 that I decided this is what I want to do with my life. I started studying all aspects of the fitness industry and by the time I was 23 I had passed my first personal training certification. It was at that point that I left my job to start the journey of building my own fitness company. That journey has led me to a successful business that has helped hundreds of people. Superior Nutrition and Fitness now works with physical therapist, massage therapist, nutritionist, Supplement Company’s, and a few personal trainers to provide our clients everything they need to be successful on their journey to a healthy active lifestyle! Chad worked with me after I got out of the Marine Corps. I have never had the results I saw when Chad was training me. He pushed me past my limits but in a way that was safe and enjoyable. I learned a lot from him and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their health and fitness.

I've been training almost two months with Chad now. I felt the difference in my overall health after a month. Chad is very personable and upbeat. He keeps me laughing even when I'm working on that last set of squats or the dreaded planks. He mixes up the workouts, where one day I may be working on weights to resistance bands to using my own stairs. I never know what to expect which removes the boredom from a typical workout. What I like most about Chad is that he's empathic, I feel he truly takes the time to get to know me and he cares. He's designed workouts just for me. He gives me that extra push and encourages me during the workout. I feel blessed to have found him when I did. I'm so much stronger not only physically but mentally. Courtney/Rockwall

I truly enjoy working out with Chad. I have been working with him now for about 3 months and not only is he very educated on fitness, he also helps me stay on track and holds me accountable. He is very personable and keeps me laughing during our time. He is always on time for our workouts and is even willing to train me out of my own home. He helps make wise decisions on my food choices also keeps record of my progress. Chad is very passionate in training and truly loves helping others achieve their goals. We have built a rapport and for that reason I know he is stuck with me for a long, long time. I can't wait to see my body when we reach my goal. I've been working with Chad for a month now and it's been great. He knows what he's doing and is always switching up the workouts, which I like. He is strict on form, which is good! I also keep a food journal that he looks at every week and makes suggestions for what I'm intaking on a daily basis. He is not the first personal trainer I've had - so this is not completely new to me - but he is definitely better than my other experiences with other trainers. He definitely cares about yor successes! I recommend him 100%.

Chad holds you accountable even on the days you are not training with him. For me, that goes a long way. He does a great job making it all about you and your goals.
