FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every estimate is free, and I put it in writing, broken down line by line: materials, labor, demo and haul-off, and site prep. That way you can see exactly where your money goes. No hidden fees and no surprise add-ons halfway through the job. If something unexpected turns up once we dig in, I stop, show you, and we agree on it before any extra work happens. I ask for 50% deposit to schedule and order materials, and the balance is due once the job is finished and you’re happy with it. I offer discounts for military, first responders, seniors and neighbors who book together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick call or message: You tell me what you’re picturing, and I ask a few questions so I show up prepared. On-site visit: I come out, measure, check drainage, grade and soil, and talk through options and materials with you. Written estimate: Usually on location (barring special requests or extenuating circumstances). Within 24 hours of on-site estimate. Scheduling: Once you approve it, we lock in a start date and I confirm everything the day before. The work: One crew start to finish. I keep you updated, protect your property and clean up every day. Final walkthrough: We walk the finished job together and I make sure you’re 100% satisfied before final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I built Four Points on commercial flooring, where jobs come with strict specs, tight deadlines and general contractors who inspect everything. That background taught me to do things by the book: proper prep, the right base, correct joint spacing and clean finishes. I brought those same standards to residential concrete and hardscaping. Before contracting, I spent over 15 years running businesses and teams, so I know how to manage a project, communicate clearly and stand behind my word.
