he was here quickly, fixed problem quickly, made suggestions for better long term fix did a more through job than large firm who fixed similar problem a year before and was at much less cost.

Mr. Osornio was able to stop by the next day after my inquiry. He was courteous, on time and didn't leave a mess. Originally he stopped by to fix a leaky valve in our laundry room but it was a simple fix. We just moved in our house and the toilets were wobbly and needed resealing. So instead, he fixed the toilet issue and even tightened our kitchen sink faucet. Real nice guy, didn't hassle me for any other jobs and didn't make me barter and work the price. Just up front, prompt and courteous. Real easy. Would definitely recommend him!
