Outstanding service from IRRI-TEX! Mr. Hugo was absolutely amazing. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and incredibly patient throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I knew exactly what was needed.
I needed a sprinkler head replaced as well as a new irrigation system controller. Instead of trying to upsell me, Hugo recommended a replacement controller that fit both my needs and my budget. I truly appreciated his honesty and expertise.
It's rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with such excellent customer service. If you need irrigation repairs or upgrades, I highly recommend IRRI-TEX!

I had a broken sprinkler head, low water pressure and leaks in my sprinkler system. I read some of Hugo’s reviews and was quite comfortable hiring him for the job. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and found out he has been in business for over 20 years. Hugo ran a test on my sprinkler system and did an excellent job fixing everything in a couple of hours. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him. He fixed my leaking sprinkler system and moved another sprinkler head for me as well as fixed many incorrect nozzles and made adjustments. Prices were reasonable

Excellent job by Hugo repairing a busted sprinkler valve. Sprinkler valve wouldn’t shut off and had water puddling. Hugo came out within 3 hours and had the valve replaced in an hour. Everything is working great and I’m back in business. Wonderful responsiveness.

Irri-Tex did an excellent job getting my sprinkler system back up and running after years of inactivity. With 9 valves but only 8 zones, tracking everything down wasn’t simple—especially since one valve was difficult to locate. Hugo and his teammate were thorough and patient, staying until the entire system was fully operational.

Hugo also installed a new irrigation controller quickly and without any issues. He was professional, easy to work with, and clearly knew what he was doing. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be hiring him again for future irrigation needs.
