They are friendly, professional, and have great communication. Scheduling was easy, and they were very accommodating with our availability. What impressed me most was that they didn't just focus on getting the job done quickly — they genuinely cared about doing the work correctly and making sure everything was working as it should.
During testing, they identified some additional issues that needed attention. Rather than leaving things unfinished, they worked around our schedule and came back to take care of the additional repairs. That level of attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work really stood out.
The pricing was fair, the workmanship was excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Hugo and his team to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and quality sprinkler repair service. Great work, great communication, and great value!

I needed a sprinkler head replaced as well as a new irrigation system controller. Instead of trying to upsell me, Hugo recommended a replacement controller that fit both my needs and my budget. I truly appreciated his honesty and expertise.
It's rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with such excellent customer service. If you need irrigation repairs or upgrades, I highly recommend IRRI-TEX!
