Mr. Cruz has the PERFECT customer service orientation, an excellent attitude, superb communication skills, and did a great job. He installed vinyl flooring in one of our rooms and we are very pleased with the results. He was conscientious about his work and was considerate of our belongings and our family. Nice guy all the way around.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started flooring after I graduated from high school. it was a job not all teens would want to do but I had to pay bills. I learned alot over the years and I continue to do so.
What types of customers have you worked with?
in this business you seem to meet many new people, a very large variety of personalities. My duty is to please my customer and enjoy my day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would always advice get with people that know what they are talking about and a fair price. Remember that it isn't cheap.
