I was extremely impressed with the services provided by Patriot Pool and Spa. My pool filter was cleaned without leaving any messy DE in my yard as other companies have done. Their pool technician was very professional and personable, and he performed the service in an exceptionally timely manner. I highly recommend the for your pool filter cleaning needs!

I am writing this review to thank Hunter (service supervisor) and Patriot Pools for the outstanding service I have been receiving.As background, we bought a home with a large swimmingpool and spa, but there are 4 Live Oak trees, 1 Pecan Tree, and a Crape Myrtle surrounding our pool/spa. We don't want to cut these beautiful trees down (although we have pruned them) and every season from Autumn through the Winter, these trees work hard to dump as many leaves, seed pods, and branches into the pool and spa as possible. We tried two other pool/spa maintenance companies before Patriot, but they were not able to keep it clean and usable.Patriot was recommended to me and they inspected the pool and spa, and determined that a deep clean was needed to create a good clean baseline. They offered me a good price and went to work. Within 2 to 3 weeks, the water was clear and swimmable. As a result, we have engaged Patriot in weekly service and have been very pleased with the support we've received.Recently as cold weather hit, I called Patriot and spoke with Hunter, one of the managers there. I needed help to winterize the pool as quickly as possible, and was very pleasantly surprised that Hunter dropped what his was doing and headed over to our home to winterize the pool and spa himself. I thought this service was "above and beyond" normal care and want to publicly thank Hunter for his commitment to excellent customer service. He has also been available in the past to field my calls when I've had questions on pool operation.It has certainly been a struggle to wrench control of our pool and spa from the surrounding trees, but Patriot has really partnered with us along the way. I heartily recommend Patriot Pools to anyone looking for a competent, responsible, and professional pool service company. Thanks!!

Weve had some pretty good pool guys but Chris is by far the best weve had. There have been challenges with our pool due to the size of it, mainly with algae. Chris has turned it around and our pool is looking better than ever. His commitment to detail and desire to do the job right cant be matched. We truly appreciate all his efforts! Great job!!
