Hi there, my name is Irene Tam, founder of Myz Designs and I'm a women's wear Fashion designer. I am very passionate about Fashion and sewing for me is therapy. We have been around for quite a while now, serving the DFW area and we hope to work with you soon :) We design and sew Simple to Special occasion outfits and accessories. We do Prom, Weddings, Birthdays and any other special occasions. Prom bookings start on the 1st of August every year. The work that Myz did on my self styled wedding dress was awesome! I brought a piece of fabric and a stick drawing, and she made it from there. There was a little issue with not enough fabric for the sleeves, but she made it work and I was so thrilled. Thank you , Myz, from my beautiful dress!

I sent Irene a message on February 17, and she responded back within 20 minutes. I needed help bringing one of my 17 year old daughter’s designs to life. I sent her the drawing of the gown and she gave me the cost to make it.

On February 19, we met with her, and she and my daughter discussed the specifics of her gown and Irene took her measurements. She also FaceTimed my daughter from the fabric warehouse to be sure of the color and fabric selection.

Today, March 29, we went for her first and, as it turned out, only fitting. Not only is the gown absolutely gorgeous, but it fit perfectly. So we brought it home with us. My daughter is very happy with her gown and said it looks exactly like she wanted! This is the gown she will wear in her fashion classes show, when she takes her Class of 2024 Senior Walk! I will upload pictures as soon as we get them.

I found Miss Irene on Thumbtack and I booked her. When I went to meet her she was sooo nice and gentle about listening to me. I felt like she just understood my prom theme sooo well I let her take full control of the design of the dress. LET ME TELL YOU SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. She ate my prom dress sooo bad I felt like a princess. She did such a good job that I will go back to her every time I need a dress. Also she hands down works well with my plus size big girls. Y’all need to come book with her and I promise you will leave a happy happy person.
