The experience was excellent from start to finish. Harrison arrived for the appointment on time, was very informative, took the necessary pictures and moisture readings, and provided a detailed estimate of what it would cost. I was a little nervous because I was out of town the week he started the restoration. I was able to give him a code to get in, and he was able to complete job. He did an outstanding job demoing and sealing up the space that was having work done. Sanitation process was great. It actually smelled noticeably better when I got home. This was a really great experience with a top notch company. I would definitely use them again without a second thought!

We had a hot water leak under the house in the crawl space for an unknown amount of time, and as a result had significant water and mold damage. We had two separate companies come out to assess the damage, and our plumbers had recommended Zeus. From their first visit forward, I knew we chose the right company they explained the big picture to us and exactly what they would do to make repairs specifically for our house. We filed a homeowners insurance claim, which was subsequently denied due to lack of appropriate coverages, and Zeus was very understanding of this they were very careful and sensitive to the fact that this project would be completely out of our pockets and that we were not exactly prepared for that. Alex and his team were absolutely incredible in communicating daily with us on what exactly was going on and what was left for remediation. What was an incredibly stressful process was made so much easier and smoother with Alex & Zeus, and I would hands down recommend them to anyone who asks. All of the staff were so professional, courteous, and most importantly, open to listening us as the homeowners.

Zeus Restoration was recommended to me by a leak detection company that had located extensive damage due to a unknown dishwasher leak. The Zeus team came out within a couple of hours, determined the extent of the damage and explained their procedure. The mitigation team worked quickly and efficiently, and came out daily to check on how things were drying. Thanks to Landon and his entire team! I would absolutely recommend this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspections are free! It doesn't cost anything to have Zeus Restoration come out and give you a cost estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting Zeus Restoration, we'll send a technician out to your location (usually that same day). The technician will examine the damage, do some preliminary testing and give you an estimate for the mitigation and restoration. Once you're ready to move forward, our professional staff will come in and remove the damage materials, replace them, and then make it look better than before. We'll also communicate with your insurance company (and help you communicate with them, too) to ensure your claim will go through properly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience in the restoration and remediation field. We are also an IICRC certified restoration firm. We also have on-staff mold remediation specialists with their own certifications for mold inspection, mitigation, and removal.
