- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will charge you $79 to come to your house and tell you what is wrong with your appliance, if it is something i can fix without needing any parts the price will remain the same. if the fix needs parts I will give you a total price on the spot, you have the choice to except or reject the fix, but you still obligated to pay the $79 service and diagnostic fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will waive the service fee if I get to do the job for 1st time customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an electrical engineering degree and HVAC degree I also worked for LG electronics for seven years as an appliance technician
