If I was traveling with 5 people again, I would book with this company again because of the pricing. Evening with the price I paid, I was expecting luxury. Since we had 5 people and a lot of luggage the front sit needed to be used. On the ride to the airport, I do not think the driver was prepared for the front seat to be used because there was at least 10 empty water bottles all over the area. For the ride back from the airport, I had to contact the company for confirmation not vice versa. The ride home was horrible because we had to endure musk the whole ride from the driver. Again I was expecting luxury service. Being in the front seat, I had to stay facing the passenger window. It was so bad.
