I received the services that I requested. They were prompt and asked questions to make sure things were correct. The only issue that I have is that the rates and other fees,like travel charge were not disclosed in the initial communication when I inquired about the rate. I was told that the rate was $95 per hour for 2 workers and that the rate didn’t include the rental of a truck, no problem because my project didn’t require a truck. After the services were completed, I asked how to pay is when I was told that the service would be $95 per hour and there was a 2 hour minimum and a $20 travel charge. My service was about 1 hour of work. I was expecting to pay the $95 plus a tip not $210. Naturally, I questioned why this information wasn’t disclosed when I asked about the rates. It is a good practice to be 100% transparent with customers regarding the rates upfront in the initial communication. I didn’t appreciate being surprised with the cost after the services were performed.
