- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
everyone one of my customers are different with different needs so pricing are different for each one square footage is not how I price example you have 3 bedroom 2 bath home some want all clean some part of it clean so my price are basic on what each customer need
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
call or text talk over what you need cleaned usually I will have you on my SCHEDULE to clean in a week time frame
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I really don't have any education on cleaning this is what I chose to do after high school and love doing cleaning
