Ivy and her crew are amazing! They made miracles happen in a few weeks in my house to get it ready to sell. New floors, new paint, new baseboards - all beautiful! And they were so friendly and kind throughout the entire process. Ivy herself walked around with a paintbrush to finish tiny details. I'm SO impressed with everything they did and won't hesitate to reach out to them for future projects.

I&E is awesome. Ivy is very communicative and Ernesto (the project manager) was outstanding. When we ran into issues (needing additional tile and a clogged drain) and they were patient while I had them resolved. The tile gentlemen was an ace and perfectly executed my wife’s vision. Can’t wait to hire them again!

Worked with Ivy for a simple drywall repair. Very responsive and positive experience in scheduling. Technicians work was also good. However, my quote wasn’t a full quote- it was just a deposit. I’d suggest confirming the total cost of your requested work. Could be an oversight on my end but it’s definitely not very clearly laid out during their invoicing process. Also, from someone who is experienced in these type of repairs, their material cost for the job was quite high. $100 for materials and clean up for a small drywall patch. Overall, good work and good execution. I’d suggest maybe buying the materials yourself and thoroughly looking through your price because your total cost is not obviously laid out in the docs you’ll initially execute.

Jacob, Let me start by saying thank you for entrusting us with your project. As for the quote you requested it is far from what you are stating. To begin with every estimate that I've sent out there is a deposit due to get on the schedule as well as ordering materials. It even states on the estimate itself and you agreed. I yet to understand how this was an issue or a misunderstanding. I wish I could post all the pictures of text messages you and I exchanged to show how you were aboard and approved the estimate and said, "The quote looks good". I don't know about you but when I get an estimate for anything if I'm not sure about something I ask. As for the materials you question this is Sherwin Williams paint the finish you had is eggshell and if you know what that means it means you can't paint just the area repaired because it will show it's been repaired. You also stated you remodeled the entire house yourself, with that being said you would then know that you must use tape, brush, painters' plastic, tape, compound, texture screws and pay for the paint. I'm not a handy man I manage a company. Unfortunately, thumbtack does not let their pros attach texts or pictures. Glad I was able to help with your project. Have a wonderful day.
