- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the length of the lesson and the number of lessons booked. Discounts available based on the number of booked sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically set up a time to meet at a mutually agreed upon location to discuss scheduling, format of the swim lessons, and goals that the client would like to work on. I typically like to set up schedules two weeks at a time to ensure preferred days/times for appointments are made. Client contract delineating price per lesson, agreed method of payment, and acknowledgement of cancellation/rescheduling policy will be signed at the meeting. Client will be given a copy of the contract.
